Telnwa rents your property from you on a fixed monthly rent under a written lease, then lets it on to guests or tenants itself. You are paid by us, not by the people living there.
Who pays when the property is empty?
Telnwa does. Your rent is fixed in the lease, so quiet weeks do not change what you receive.
Who deals with tenants, guests and repairs?
We do. That includes cleaning, maintenance and day-to-day issues. You are kept informed through your account.
Do I have to commit before we talk?
No. Adding a property or asking a question does not commit you to anything. The rent, term and responsibilities are agreed in writing before you sign.
What happens after I add my property?
Telnwa reviews it and gets in touch. It is not listed publicly until we have agreed terms with you.
